Thomas Hughes
Sales & Marketing Director
Thomas is a seasoned
professional with 25 years experience in sales and
marketing roles in major IT / Telecom vendors
including Sun Microsystems, Bull, Informix and
Nortel. His "can do, will do" attitude
fits very well for today's business model and is
backed by vast experience, in particular working
on pan-European programs / campaigns - especially
in the Business Development / Partners arena -
ISVs, Resellers and Distributors.
Alex
Helbig Dip.DM, MIDM
Client Services Director
Alex is a native Austrian and
heads up the Client Services Team. Having joined Connection2 in 2001
from Intel, where he worked on the European
Partner program, Alex has an IDM diploma to his
name and uses his European roots when working on
multinational campaigns for a variety of major IT
clients.
Andy Gilbert Dip.DM,MIDM
Account Director
Andy is a seasoned technology marketer with
experience of life on both the client and agency
side of the fence. Most recently, he was 5
years at Unisys in various roles in Europe and the
US culminating in a role as EMEA Marketing
Director for Unisys' Global Network Services
division. Prior to joining Unisys, he
worked at Bull Information Systems as a
Direct Marketing consultant and later as UK &
Ireland Services Marketing Manager.
Jane Shepherd

Jane started her marketing communications career over 20 years ago working for various international agency networks including Bates, FCB, WCRS and TBWA handling advertising and direct marketing campaigns for numerous clients, across a variety of sectors including IT and the public sector, both within the UK and globally. She has a wealth of experience and relishes nothing more than helping clients to solve their sales and marketing challenges.

With years of IT marketing experience and having worked with Connection2 from day one, Brid is the backbone of the operation in Dublin, Ireland.
Brid is responsible for delivering on time and budget, and with a huge amount of experience in the delivery of Pan-European projects, knows upfront what works and what doesn't.
Having graduated from the University of Limerick with a degree in European Studies and German and a Diploma in Business Studies Brid is an expert that is able to advise our clients to get the best out of their project.
Matt Elson Cert.IDM Dig Marketing
Senior Client Service Manager
After graduating, Matt spent 2 years on ASDA’s Graduate Management scheme before he saw the light and took the challenge of Marketing.
Matt has spent 10 years in B2B and B2C operational management roles, both agency and client-side and has amassed a wealth of data planning, project management, communication and problem-solving skills. With an IDM Certificate in Digital Marketing and executor of many campaigns in the past, Matt is known in the team for being able to put himself into the shoes of the recipient.
Responsible for the UK Client Services team, Matt is based out of the Reading office.

Deborah manages our delivery operation in the US. A native of Erie, Pennsylvania,
her career spans 30+ years in sales and
marketing roles for the likes of - Breakthrough
Software, Radium Software, Computer Associates and
Extended Systems. In 1997 she founded DJM
Sales & Marketing in Boise, Idaho, which has grown into an award winning business. Deborah’s efforts have been
recognized by several local and national
organizations.
