Multilingual Telemarketing (inbound and outbound)  

Many of our clients derive most value from our skills on the telephone. Either handling inbound response or generating outbound activity, we make it our business to understand our client’s business in sufficient detail that we can represent them as they would wish to themselves.

We provide multi-lingual telephone services from our centres in UK and Dublin. Our full time staff offer seven native languages between them - English, Irish, Swedish, French, German, Spanish and Italian. We also access additional languages as required from our network of freelance skilled language staff.

However, client knowledge, language skills and professionalism must be reinforced with the systems and operational processes to ensure that the end result is not only created, but acted upon and its potential fully realised. For many of our clients, this is met through our Lead Manager service which quickly becomes a virtual extension of their own sales and marketing activity.

TeleMail2

TeleMail2 is our new synchronised Telemarketing and Email marketing tool. It’s a telephone call…that people can ‘see.’

Quite simply TeleMail2 lets you send a personalised 1to1 HTML email, plain text email or video email during a phone conversation AND lets you monitor the recipient’s response whilst on the phone

We’re using TeleMail2 to:
